1. Who we are, and what this covers

Predict Here is operated by Odyssea Research LLC ("Predict Here," "we," "us"). predicthere.com is an interface to two kinds of prediction markets:

• Solana markets — real markets sourced from third-party venues (Polymarket, Kalshi) through our third-party order-routing infrastructure, traded in USDC from your own Solana wallet; and
• Practice markets — free markets that run on non-monetary play credits.

Using the site means accepting these Terms. Trading Solana markets additionally subjects you to the source venue's and our order-routing provider's own terms.

2. Solana markets (non-custodial)

• Predict Here never holds, transmits, or controls your funds. Every trade is built as an unsigned Solana transaction that you review and sign in your own wallet.
• Positions and settlement live on-chain at the source venue. Predict Here is not a counterparty, broker, exchange, custodian, or money transmitter, and does not set prices or outcomes.
• Fees are set by the source venue and our order-routing provider and are displayed before you sign — Predict Here currently adds no fee of its own.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible once signed. You are solely responsible for your wallet's security, your keys, and reviewing every transaction before you sign it.
• Market data may be delayed or unavailable, and Predict Here does not guarantee order execution, quotes, or claim availability.
• Resolution and outcomes are determined by the source venue's rules, shown on each market page — not by Predict Here.

3. Eligibility and restricted regions

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live). Solana markets are not available to persons located in, residents of, or citizens of restricted jurisdictions, including the United States, and any jurisdiction on our blocked list or subject to comprehensive sanctions (Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, and others we may add).

Geographic controls are enforced on a best-effort basis by IP. Attempting to evade them — by VPN, proxy, or otherwise — is a violation of these Terms. You are responsible for the legality of your own participation under the laws that apply to you.

4. Practice credits

• Practice credits have no monetary value on their own. They cost nothing to obtain and cannot be purchased.
• Credits do not redeem for money, prizes, or anything of value on this site.
• In a live partner deployment, credits redeem only through the operating partner, where local rules allow.
• Practice markets, balances, credits, and history are not permanent: we may reset, alter, or remove any of it at any time, without notice.
• Some activity shown in Practice markets — additional order flow, other "traders" on a market — is simulated to demonstrate the product at realistic volume, and is labeled as simulated where it appears.
• A prospect who arrives via a branded preview link may see a cosmetic "preview your brand" skin (a different display name, accent color, or credits label) applied to the Practice interface. This is presentation only — it does not change who operates the platform and does not itself create any partnership or agreement.
• We may suspend or revoke Practice-market access at any time, for any reason.

5. Partner materials

The Partner Console, API, embeds, and brand-preview tools remain partner-facing surfaces for operators evaluating or running Predict Here under their own brand. Case studies and evidence pages describe engagements we or people affiliated with us have actually been part of — they illustrate past experience and are not a guarantee of future results for any partner. Any partnership, licensing, or commercial relationship with Predict Here / Odyssea Research LLC becomes binding only once it is reflected in a signed written agreement between the parties. Conversations, market access, and site content do not by themselves create a contract.

6. Acceptable use

Across the whole site — Solana markets, Practice markets, and partner surfaces — you agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data beyond normal browsing;
• probe, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use the site to manipulate prices, markets, or leaderboards;
• copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the site or the underlying technology without a signed agreement;
• evade geographic or sanctions controls;
• manipulate markets on either the Solana or Practice lane;
• abuse quote or order endpoints through automated or high-frequency access outside normal use.

7. Risk disclosure

Prediction-market positions can lose their entire value. Prices reflect market opinion, not facts or advice. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital-asset transactions are final.

8. Liability, governing law & changes

To the extent permitted by law, Predict Here is not liable for losses arising from system outages, downtime or resets, or user error.

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United States, with disputes resolved in the State of Delaware.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

9. Institutional analytics (Prime)

Predict Here Prime is a separate, read-only analytics product for institutional design-partner organizations, reachable at predicthere.com/prime. Prime does not custody funds, extend credit, route or place orders, or move money in any way. It ingests venue account references and position data you or your organization provide (directly or via a connected read-only account) and produces analytical outputs only.

• Every figure Prime produces — including the metric we label "PH Shadow Initial Margin" — is a modelled analytical estimate computed by our own methodology. It is not a margin call, not a credit facility, and not a representation, promise, or guarantee that any exchange, broker, clearinghouse, or venue will recognize the figure, release collateral, extend credit, or treat your account any differently because of it.
• Prime's outputs (risk runs, liquidity metrics, capital figures, and any exported report) are informational only and do not constitute investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and are not a recommendation to take or avoid any position.
• Access to Prime is limited to organizations we admit to the design-partner program and to the members that organization authorizes, each with a specific role governing what they can view or change.
• Data completeness and freshness vary by connected source; a degraded or stale input is reflected in the output's own status rather than silently presented as current.
