Privacy Policy

1. Operator
This service is operated by Odyssea Research LLC, dba Predict Here, registered at 1309 Coffeen Ave, Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY, 82801, with primary jurisdiction in the United States of America.
2. What we collect
- Wallet: the address you sign in with (lowercased), and all deposit / withdrawal transaction hashes that involve our addresses.
- Activity: orders, fills, positions; IP address, user-agent, country code (from CDN headers).
- Optional: a notification email if you provide one — for withdrawal alerts (opt in via /settings/notifications), or to be told when a free play-along prediction you made is resolved (opt in from a live room). Free play-along predictions are stored against a random device identifier created in your browser, not an account, and carry no wallet, money, or identity data.
We do not collect: government ID, selfie, social-security number, password, or any identity document. We do not perform identity verification.
3. How we use it
To operate the platform; to enforce sanctions screening (Chainalysis on-chain oracle); to enforce geofencing; to send opt-in withdrawal alerts and opt-in result notifications for free play-along predictions.
4. Sharing
With Chainalysis (sanctions oracle is a public on-chain contract — your address is queried live). With our infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting and Vercel Analytics for aggregate page-view counts, Supabase, Polygon RPC provider, and Resend for delivering opt-in email notifications if you provide an address). With law enforcement under valid request.
5. Retention
Wallet activity and ledger entries: retained indefinitely as required for platform integrity and dispute resolution. SIWE login nonces: pruned 7 days after consumption. Notification email: retained until you ask us to delete it — unsubscribing stops the emails but does not by itself erase the stored address; request deletion at support@predicthere.com.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion of optional data (notification email, profile display name). On-chain transaction history cannot be deleted because it lives on Polygon, not in our database. Contact support@predicthere.com.
7. Cookies and analytics
Single essential cookie: the session JWT (httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax, 7-day expiration). We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate page-view counts — it does not set cookies, does not store personally identifiable information, and does not perform browser fingerprinting. No advertising trackers, no ad pixels, no third-party advertising cookies.
